I don’t think we needed flash for this one, the sun was at a kind angle to light the guys (and give us a fast enough shutter speed) and its definitely easier if you don’t need to use flash because you can fire off a lot of shots without worrying about the flash keeping up.

Having said that, we quite often use flash for it these days (so the sun doesn’t dictate our background) and now we’ve shot this quite a few times its easier to capture in one shot with flash.
